Fitness is defined as the state of being physically fit as a result
of exercise and proper nutrition.
For each individual the degree of
exercise and nutrition will vary, however it is my belief that exercise
and proper nutrition in the form of fruits, vegetables, protein, whole
grains, dairy, water… and a positive attitude will leave you
feeling great and as we all know, feeling great leads to looking great
and Voilá… A WONDERFUL LIFE! Easier said than done, but
very possible.
Below I’ve listed some suggestions that may enrich
your fitness journey.
* Start each day facing the mirror saying
aloud “I love myself and I accept where I am today”.

Begin
visualizing the way you see the New You.
*
When beginning an
exercise program, do something fun!
*
Walk whenever you can.
Take the stairs whenever possible.
* Be sure to eat breakfast.
It will help get your metabolism going and prevent you from overeating
throughout the day.
*
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
*
Have
fun and laugh at yourself …You’re on your way!
